Azerbaijani presidential aide holds meeting with Israeli Knesset Committee delegation

Azerbaijani presidential aide Hikmat Hajiyev, Israeli Knesset’s Foreign and Defence Committee chairman Yuli Edelstein, and Knesset member Ram Ben-Barak held a meeting on June 6.

According to Caliber.Az, this was reported by Israeli Ambassador to Azerbaijan George Deek on Twitter.

The ambassador noted that the meeting was sincere and productive.

On June 5, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov received the Israeli Knesset delegation.

The meeting discussed current issues on the multilateral cooperation agenda between Azerbaijan and Israel, including developments in the region.
