The discussion focused on Azerbaijan’s foreign policy priorities following the restoration of sovereignty, the current state of the normalisation process, and the growing complexity of regional and international security risks. Participants also examined Azerbaijan’s strategic engagement with multilateral platforms and the opportunities and challenges posed by the shifting global order.
The event was part of the broader conference themed “Foreign Policy of Azerbaijan after the Restoration of Sovereignty: Priorities and Challenges,” hosted on July 7.
The consultation will culminate on July 9, coinciding with the professional holiday of Azerbaijan’s diplomatic service employees, with a special session scheduled in Khankendi to further underline the significance of diplomatic efforts in the region’s ongoing transformation.
