Pezeshkian: Azerbaijan helped Iran resolve route-related issues

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has highlighted Azerbaijan’s assistance to Iran, particularly in resolving issues related to routes.

“Azerbaijan provided Iran with the necessary assistance, including on issues related to routes. They accompanied us and provided assistance with everything that was necessary,” Pezeshkian said on his official website.

He also said that Iran’s relations with neighbouring countries had generally improved since the war.

According to Pezeshkian, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Turkmenistan have also been providing assistance to Iran.
