Tarlan-2025: Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan honing skills in operating drones PHOTO / VIDEO
The Tarlan-2025 joint flight-tactical exercise involving Azerbaijani and Kazakh servicemen specialising in Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) has commenced in Azerbaijan.
The opening ceremony featured a moment of silence in memory of the Heroes who sacrificed their lives for their motherlands, followed by the national anthems of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry.
During the ceremony, the exercise leaders addressed the participants, extending their best wishes for success and underscoring the significance of the joint activity. They also highlighted the importance of this training for strengthening military ties between the two nations.
Following the ceremony, personnel began executing assigned tasks according to the planned scenario.
The joint training is scheduled to run through July 10, aiming to boost operational coordination and expertise in UAV technologies.
