Russian peacekeepers partially responsible for hostilities in Garabagh, Pashinyan says

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said that Russian peacekeepers could have stopped Azerbaijan’s military actions in Garabagh before their beginning and they are partially responsible for this.

“If the peacekeepers were able to agree on a ceasefire regime, why couldn’t they agree to prevent an attack on Garabagh? We are also responsible for the attack, but, on the other hand, I don’t think that we should turn a blind eye to the Russian peacekeepers’ failures in Garabagh,” he said, addressing his fellow citizens, which was broadcast by local news websites, TASS reports.
