Media: Former separatist leader attempts to flee Garabagh disguised as woman

On the morning of September 25, former Armenian separatist leader Ruben Vardanyan tried to leave Khankendi in an unusual way.

Vardanyan disguised himself as a woman in order to cross the Lachin border checkpoint without hindrance. However, before reaching the checkpoint, he realized that his identity would be established by technical means, so he turned the car around and returned to Khankendi, according to Oxu.Az.

It is not by chance that Vardanyan's choice fell precisely on women's clothes. The insidious separatist is well aware of the fact that the Azerbaijani soldier treats the civilian population humanely, especially women and children.

Ruben is also aware that the Azerbaijani law enforcement agencies work with precision. That is why he realized, albeit late, that his intention to escape in women's clothes would be futile.
