ANAMA chairman says Ukraine uses Azerbaijan-made equipment in demining

Chairman of the Mine Action Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ANAMA) Vugar Suleymanov has told journalists that Ukraine utilizes Azerbaijan-made equipment in demining processes.

“Locally manufactured equipment was used in mine clearance work in a short period of time,” he said, APA reports.

He said that two types of mine-detecting machines are involved in demining processes.

"These machines are currently working in the territory. I would like to note that locally produced machinery has already been involved in demining works in Ukraine," he said.
