Armenia achieves 7% economic growth, PM Pashinyan says
Armenia recorded a stable economic growth of 7 per cent, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced during a government session, highlighting the role of internal resources and foreign investments in driving the country’s economic performance.
“We have achieved stable economic growth of 7 per cent,” the prime minister said, Caliber.Az reports per Armenian media.
According to him, the attestation process and its results will bring additional economic development and increased tax revenues.
“How did we achieve 7% economic growth? Was the wind always at our back over these seven or five years? On the contrary, it is hard to imagine a more challenging economic period. How did we manage to ensure growth in 2020 and 2021? We must rely primarily on our internal resources. But, of course, foreign investments cannot be forgotten,” he added.
