Armenian PM to attend Nuclear Energy Summit in Brussels
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will attend the Nuclear Energy Summit in Brussels, said Eric De Muynck, Belgian Ambassador to Armenia.
According to the diplomat, the Armenian Prime Minister has confirmed his participation, Caliber.Az reports citing Armenian media.
The ambassador also did not rule out a meeting with representatives of Belgian authorities.
The summit, devoted to nuclear energy, will be held in Brussels on March 21-22. The International Atomic Energy Agency informs that it will be the first summit to discuss this subject, it will gather world leaders to emphasise the role of nuclear energy in solving global challenges. It will be co-chaired by International Atomic Energy Agency Director General Raphael Grossi and Belgian Prime Minister Alexandre De Croy.
