Armenian PM to miss Minsk EAEU summit, participate remotely
19 June 2025 15:16
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will not travel to Minsk for the upcoming Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) summit and will instead join the event remotely via videoconference.
As reported by BelTA, Belarusian Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov confirmed that while all other heads of state from EAEU member countries have agreed to attend in person, Pashinyan has opted to participate virtually.
“The leaders of all EAEU member states have confirmed their personal presence at the summit, with the exception of the Armenian Prime Minister. Nikol Pashinyan will take part in the forum through a video link,” Ryzhenkov stated.
The summit is scheduled to be held in Belarus from June 26 to 27.
