Armenians appropriate another Azerbaijani piece of music

The Intellectual Property Agency investigated the fact that Harutyun Pambukchyan and Seda Tadevosyan, performing under the name "Qaram dardzats," appropriated the musical composition of Azerbaijani composer Jahangir Jahangirov and distributed it in their performance on the YouTube platform.

The performed composition (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Berg7dsldeI) coincides in content with the musical work of the Azerbaijani composer Jahangir Jahangirov "Zərif gülüşlüm", APA reports.

Earlier, Azerbaijan drew up a list of stolen pieces of Azerbaijani music and submitted the document to the UN World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO).

The list includes the following songs - "Sanada galmaz" by Tofig Guliyev, "Ay giz" by Jahangir Jahangirov, "Sachlaraina gul duzum" by Rauf Hajiyev, "Na galmaz oldun" by Alakpar Taghiyev, "Geja zanglari" by Eldar Mansurov, "Maktab illari" by Aygun Samadzade, as well as popular dances "Vokaliz" and folks - "Vagzali", "Yalli", "Uzun dara", "Mirzei", "Gazagi","Tarakama", "Sari galin", "Khan bagi", "Dali jeyran", and operas by Uzeir Hajibayov "Arshin mal alan", "O olmasin bu olsun" and "Koroglu".
