Azerbaijan, Croatia boost cultural ties in high-level talks
A delegation led by Azerbaijani Minister of Culture Adil Karimli has recently visited Croatia, holding a series of bilateral meetings aimed at strengthening cultural and creative ties between the two countries.
Representatives from 15 Azerbaijani companies across diverse sectors, including animation, education, film, music, digitalisation, jewelry, and design, engaged with leading figures in Croatia’s creative industries, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
The discussions highlighted Azerbaijan’s export potential in the cultural and creative sectors, with a focus on exploring entry points into the Croatian market and identifying opportunities for future partnerships and collaborations.
Azerbaijan and Croatia have maintained friendly diplomatic relations since establishing formal ties in 1994. Over the years, the two countries have developed cooperation across various fields, including trade, energy, tourism, and culture. Both nations share a commitment to strengthening economic partnerships and fostering cultural exchanges, with growing interest in collaboration within creative industries and technology.
