Azerbaijan’s National Library director visits Hungary to boost cultural ties PHOTO

Professor Karim Tahirov, Director of the National Library of Azerbaijan, visited Hungary’s Széchenyi National Library on March 25 as part of a working visit aimed at strengthening bilateral library and cultural cooperation, Caliber.Az reports via local media.

During the meeting, the history and activities of the library were presented, along with its extensive collections, which include millions of books, manuscripts, and rare materials. The parties discussed prospects for cooperation, information exchange, the introduction of new technologies, and professional experience sharing.

Professor Tahirov emphasised the importance of bilateral dialogue and joint initiatives for strengthening cultural ties between Azerbaijan and Hungary.
