Azerbaijani defense chief visits Kazakh warship during Birlestik-2024 drills

Azerbaijani Defense Minister Col-Gen Zakir Hasanov, along with his delegation and the leadership of the defense ministries of other participating states in the international operational-tactical command and staff exercises, codenamed Birlestik-2024, visited one of the warships during their visit to Kazakhstan.

The delegation was accompanied by Kazakh Defense Minister Col-Gen Ruslan Zhaksylykov, Caliber.Az reports via the Defense Ministry.

During the visit, the guests were briefed on the main areas of work of the missile artillery ship and its crew. Following this, they visited the diving center of the Kazakh Navy, where they familiarized themselves with the facilities, inspected small and large-caliber weapons, and reviewed technical equipment.

The delegations then proceeded to one of the military units, where they were given detailed information about the facilities and shown various training simulators.
