Azerbaijan expresses condolences over fatal military jet crash in Bangladesh
The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry has extended its condolences following the deadly crash of a Bangladesh Air Force training jet in the capital, Dhaka.
“We are deeply saddened by the tragic crash of the Bangladesh Air Force training jet at Milestone School and College in Dhaka. We express heartfelt condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims, and the Government and people of Bangladesh,” the Ministry stated on X, Caliber.Az reports.

The incident occurred on July 21 when the military aircraft crashed into the campus of Milestone School and College in the Uttara area of Dhaka. At least 19 people have been confirmed dead, according to Bangladesh's Fire Service and Civil Defence.
More than 50 others — including both children and adults — sustained severe burn injuries and were rushed to local hospitals, including the National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery, where doctors described the situation as critical for many of the victims.
