Azerbaijani delegation’s head unveils reasons of leaving PACE VIDEO

Azerbaijan has unveiled the reasons of leaving PACE.

The Azerbaijani delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has announced the termination of cooperation with PACE and left the session in Strasbourg, France as a sign of protest against double standards in relation to Azerbaijan. Head of the Azerbaijani delegation to PACE Samad Seyidov revealed the reasons in an interview with CBC TV Azerbaijan.

“We have defended our interests during 20 years in PACE. We did our best for the delegation to work constructively with PACE. However, as you see there are double standards, lobbied, corrupt and misanthropic philosophy in PACE,” he noted.
