Azerbaijani sappers clearing Garabagh region of mines, unexploded ammunition MoD statement/VIDEO

The engineer-sapper units of the Azerbaijani Army are clearing the Garabagh region of mines and unexploded ammunition.

After the completion of local anti-terror measures, from September 21 to October 2, 2023, the engineer-sapper units of the Azerbaijani Army detected 18 anti-personnel mines, 105 anti-tank mines and neutralised them in compliance with safety regulations, Caliber.Az reports citing the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry.

The main efforts on engineering support measures are made to clear areas from mines and lay new supply roads.

Necessary measures for engineering support in the mentioned areas are being taken in accordance with the plan.
