Azerbaijani servicemen join Türkiye’s international naval drills “Nüsrət-2025” PHOTO

International military exercises “Nüsrət-2025” have begun in Türkiye with the participation of the country’s naval and air forces, coast guard units, NATO, and observers from various countries.

Servicemen of the Azerbaijani Army are also taking part in the drills, which are being held in the Gulf of Saros, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence told Caliber.Az.

The exercises aim to enhance the participants’ knowledge and skills in planning and conducting mine countermeasure operations, as well as to strengthen cooperation and coordination between the naval forces of Türkiye and those of friendly and allied nations.

Alongside Azerbaijan, the exercises involve military personnel from the United States, the UAE, Bahrain, Bulgaria, Indonesia, South Africa, the Netherlands, Kenya, South Korea, Kuwait, Malaysia, Morocco, Egypt, Pakistan, Peru, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Oman.
