Azerbaijani tricolor raised in Chicago's Daley Center PHOTO

In celebration of Azerbaijan's Independence Day, the Azerbaijani flag was raised at the Daley Center, a prominent administrative and public center in Chicago.

The ceremony, organized by the Azerbaijan Center for the Midwest America, featured the national tricolor being hoisted to the sounds of Azerbaijan’s national anthem, the State Committee for Work with Diaspora told AZERTAC.

The event garnered considerable attention from Chicago residents, who were provided with information about Azerbaijan’s history and culture.

Throughout the day, the Azerbaijani flag flew at the Daley Center, located in front of Chicago City Hall, symbolizing the enduring friendship and cultural ties between Azerbaijan and the United States.
