Baku to host meeting of Georgian-Azerbaijani intergovernmental commission

Georgian ambassador to Azerbaijan Zurab Pataradze has said that a meeting of the joint intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation between Georgia and Azerbaijan will be held in Baku.

He noted that the meeting will be held in spring, Pataradze told journalists after hearings in the Foreign Relations Committee of the Georgian Parliament, APA reports.

The ambassador emphasised that currently, the Azerbaijani and Georgian leaders have very good relations. He reminded that President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili made mutual official visits. The diplomat added that several events are planned to be held between the two countries.
