Central Bank of Azerbaijan, EBRD discuss future cooperation prospects
Chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) Taleh Kazimov has held a meeting with Managing Director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for Türkiye and the Caucasus Elisabetta Falcetti.
The meeting covered subjects including the sustainable development of the financial sector, Caliber.Az reports, citing the CBA.
During the meeting, discussions focused on sustainable development in the financial sector, the CBA’s strategic plans for sector growth, expanding access to financing for the real economy, and opportunities for the EBRD to support initiatives related to the “green transition”, the message says.
The meeting also covered the current cooperation between the CBA and the EBRD, as well as future prospects for their collaboration.
