Erdoğan highlights solidarity of Turkish people in face of potential dangers
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said that the country’s 86 million citizens are united regardless of political views and stand together in the face of potential threats.
After a cabinet meeting in Ankara, President Erdoğan stated that when it comes to Türkiye, peace, security, and the well-being of the nation, differences are set aside and people come together even more closely, Caliber.Az reports, citing Anadolu Agency.
“We will not fall for the schemes of those trying to turn our region into a zone of instability and chaos,” the Turkish leader noted.
He described terrorism as “imperialist shackles” imposed on Türkiye, citing ISIS, FETÖ, DHKP-C, and PKK as illegal groups used as instruments against the country.
Erdoğan added that Türkiye is making breakthroughs across multiple sectors, which the world observes closely—with admiration, and often envy—and no one can stop it.
“Türkiye is one of the leading nations in defending justice, legality, and international law worldwide. We clearly express our position against injustice, lawlessness, and oppression wherever they occur,” the president emphasised.
