Georgia, Israel sign law enforcement cooperation memorandum

Georgia and Israel have signed a memorandum of cooperation between their interior ministries, aimed at strengthening collaboration in the field of law enforcement.
The agreement was concluded during the official visit of the Georgian delegation to Israel, led by Interior Minister Gela Geladze, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Georgian Interior Ministry’s press service.
The delegation was received by Israel’s Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben-Gvir.
As part of the visit, Minister Geladze is scheduled to hold bilateral talks with his Israeli counterpart and tour several police units to gain insight into their operational practices.
Georgia and Israel established diplomatic relations on June 1, 1992.
