Iran sends saboteurs to Karabakh Why? Against whom? / PHOTO
The information went viral earlier that Russian peacekeepers temporarily stationed in Azerbaijan’s Karabakh region violated their obligations again and allowed 14 foreigners to enter the Azerbaijani territory.
Qafqazinfo has received new data on foreign citizens’ illegal visits to Karabakh, according to which they are citizens of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The Iranians went through the peacekeepers’ post on a Mercedes-Benz car with registration plate 34-QA-444 on November 24 at around 13:00-14:00 (GMT+4) and arrived in Khankendi city. They are said to be currently there.
Qafqazinfo is trying to promptly clarify the identity of Iranian citizens who illegally entered the Azerbaijani territory.
In the meantime, 12 out of 14 people came from the same region of Iran - southwestern Izeh city. The Armenians make up the majority of the population of the Khuzestan province, which includes Izeh, and the Armenian language is one of the main languages there.
Why did a group consisting of 14 people pay a secret visit to the Karabakh region?
According to the available information, the Iranians were sent to conduct sabotage and terrorist exercises for criminal gangs that feel comfortable in the territories temporarily controlled by Russian peacekeepers, as well as to prepare for sabotage.
Moreover, it is reported that they can train the groups remaining in Karabakh to use Iranian-made ammunition.
There is no doubt that these individuals are employees of the Iranian special services, it is not a coincidence that 12 out of 14 people arrived from Izeh. According to some reports, there is a secret base of the Iranian special services, specialising in terrorist sabotage, in this city.
It seems that the Tehran regime, which still cannot come to terms with the results of the 44-day second Karabakh war and continues losing its authority in the region, is currently working on a plan to turn the territory temporarily controlled by Russian peacekeepers into an arena of terror against Azerbaijan.
Probably, Baku will immediately react to this provocation.
The Russian peacekeepers have once again shown that they do not, in fact, control the territory they allegedly temporarily “control”. The peacekeepers, who are engaged only in the daily distortion of Azerbaijani toponyms and the dissemination of baseless statements, should be called to account.
