According to a report by The New York Times, Iran has submitted a 10-point proposal designed to end hostilities with the United States and Israel. The proposal was conveyed on April 6 through Pakistan, which has been serving as a primary intermediary between the parties.
The Iranian initiative follows an earlier diplomatic move from Washington. On March 24, the United States reportedly sent a 15-point proposal to Tehran via Pakistan. Iran rejected that plan and responded with a series of counterproposals, several of which were included again in the latest 10-point submission.
