Israel proposes partnership in creating "smart cities" in Azerbaijan's liberated areas
Israel is proposing its assistance to Azerbaijan in the setting up of "smart cities" in its liberated districts.
The Israeli Ambassador to Baku, George Deek, stated this during an interview with Report agency.
"We already expressed the readiness of our companies to engage in the process of restoring the infrastructure in the from occupation liberated territories before, and are doing so now again", the ambassador said.
"An Israeli firm has already constructed a milk farm in the 'smart city' of Aghali in the Zangilan district. Other projects in which we are either engaged or are negotiation possible doing so are in the sphere of water resource management, renewable energy sources and agriculture. We also presented several possibilities for partnering up in the field of 'smart cities' and are waiting for a response", Deek noted.
