Large ammo arsenal of PKK terrorists discovered in Türkiye

The Turkish special forces have discovered two caves reserving a large arsenal belonging to PKK terrorists near Mount Tendurek in the Chaldiran region.

The discovery came as a result of operational search activities carried out by special forces and commandos of the Turkish gendarmerie, coordinated by the command of the gendarmerie of Van province, according to Yenisafak.com.

During a search in the cave, an improvised explosive device with a clockwork, 20 kg of explosives in TNT equivalent, 40 detonators, 20 pieces of electronic parts of the amplifier and LED lights for setting the bomb, an electronic board, 19 units of the AK-47 assault rifle, one NK-33 infantry rifle, one M-16 rifle, one T-40 grenade launcher, one PK machine gun and its barrel, 18 ammunition for a rocket launcher, 2,883 ammunition of various calibres, six hand grenades, 10 grenade fuses, 99 different magazines for machine guns, and others have been found.
