Pakistan confirms Prime Minister’s visit to Azerbaijan
Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry has officially confirmed that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will undertake a diplomatic tour encompassing Türkiye, Iran, Azerbaijan, and Tajikistan from May 25 to May 30.
The Prime Minister is scheduled to engage in high-level discussions with the leadership of each host nation. The talks will focus on a broad spectrum of issues including bilateral relations, regional stability, and pressing international developments, Caliber.Az reports.
“The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, is embarking on a visit to Türkiye, Iran, Azerbaijan, and Tajikistan from 25-30 May 2025.
During the visit, the Prime Minister will have wide-ranging discussions with the leaders of these countries on the entire range of issues covering bilateral relations and matters of regional and international importance.
He will also have the opportunity to express the deepest appreciation and acknowledgment for the support extended to Pakistan by the friendly countries during the recent crisis with India.
The Prime Minister will also be attending the International Conference on Glaciers in Dushanbe,Tajikistan, from 29-30 May 2025,” the statement by Pakistani Foreign Ministry reads.
