Quarantine checkpoints to completely removed in Azerbaijan

The complete dismantling of the posts installed at the height of the coronavirus pandemic on the roads from Baku to the regions has started.
Today the dismantling of the iron structures built in the direction of Shamakhi was underway.
Head of the MIA's Press Service Department Elshad Hajiyev told Qafqazinfo that the posts were temporary: "The posts can be dismantled as they are not permanent."
It should be noted that in 2020 and 2021, police checkpoints were installed between the capital and the regions to reduce human contact due to the coronavirus pandemic.
