Rostov imposes ban on outdoor mass events Amid ongoing oil depot fire

The Governor of Russia's Rostov region Vasily Golubev, has announced a temporary ban on mass outdoor events due to safety concerns, effective immediately.

The restriction will remain in place "until a special order" is issued, Golubev said, Caliber.Az reports via his Telegram channel.

While outdoor events are prohibited, activities held indoors are permitted, provided they adhere to stringent security measures.

This decision comes as the region grapples with a severe situation: an oil depot has been ablaze for the past six days, complicating local safety conditions and emergency response efforts.
