Russia pounds Ukraine’s Kharkiv with drones, killing four, injuring over dozen Photo
A large-scale Russian drone attack struck residential areas of Kharkiv on the evening of November 23, killing four people and injuring at least 13, local officials said.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov and regional governor Oleh Syniehubov saidf that Russian kamikaze drones targeted the Shevchenkivskyi and Saltivskyi districts, hitting a residential building and sparking multiple fires. Three residential buildings and an infrastructure facility were engulfed in flames, authorities said, Caliber.Az reports via the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
The service confirmed the casualties, noting that two children were among the injured. Emergency crews, including pyrotechnic units, were deployed to extinguish the fires and clear debris.
Psychologists from the agency are also on the scene providing support to residents affected by the attack.
