Russian Communist Party leader urges ban on Pashinyan’s entry to Moscow
During a plenary session of the Russian State Duma, Communist Party leader Gennady Zyuganov called for Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to no longer be received in Moscow.
According to Zyuganov, the Armenian leader has inflicted a “humiliation and insult” on Russia that is difficult to imagine “on the eve of a great holiday," Caliber.Az reports, citing Russian media.
“I could imagine everything except that voices from Yerevan would sound with threats to shell Red Square,” he said, without directly naming Volodymyr Zelenskyy, but clearly referring to his speech in Yerevan.
The party leader questioned why Pashinyan continues to be received in Moscow despite his remarks.
“A question arises: why do they allow this in Yerevan and why is Pashinyan received in Moscow? I insist that this person, no matter how he was elected, should no longer appear in our capital,” Zyuganov said.
