Russian strike on Kherson village injures two civilians, officials say
Russian forces conducted a new strike on the village of Chornobaivka in Ukraine’s southern Kherson region on the morning of December 1, injuring two civilians, according to local authorities.
The Kherson Regional Military Administration wroite on Facebook that a male resident was inside his home when the shelling occurred. He sustained a concussion, shrapnel wounds to his leg, and other blast-related injuries. Emergency crews transported him to a hospital, where officials described his condition as moderate. Authorities later confirmed that a 49-year-old woman was also injured in the attack and is receiving medical treatment, Caliber.Az reports.
The incident follows a separate Russian attack on November 29, when a drone strike targeted a car in Kherson’s Dnipro district. A 13-year-old boy and an adult man were wounded in that assault.
