Russian strikes Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia region, wounding six civilians
Russian forces conducted more than 730 strikes across 21 settlements in Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia region over the course of a day, wounding six civilians, according to regional governor Ivan Fedorov.
Fedorov wrote on his Telegram page that Russian aircraft carried out 23 airstrikes on Veselyanka, Huliaypole, Vozdvyzhivka, Bilohiria and Novoandriivka, while 421 attack drones—mostly FPV models—were launched at those and several other communities, including Bilianske, Tavriyske, Marivka, Stepnohirske, Stepove, Prymorske, Huliaypole, Shcherbaky, Novodanilivka, Malaya Tokmachka, and Zatyshshya, Caliber.Az reports.
Russian forces also launched six rocket attacks on Varvarivka, Zelenyi Hai and Novoandriivka, and conducted 282 artillery strikes targeting settlements such as Chervonodniprovka, Stepnohirske, Prymorske, Huliaypole, Charyvne, Bilohiria, Novoye and Rivnopole.
Local authorities reported 31 cases of damage to homes, vehicles and civilian infrastructure.
