Swedish CV90 infantry vehicles arrive in Ukraine
Swedish-made CV90 infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs) have arrived in Ukraine, Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov tweeted that the vehicles were "ready for battle".
The minister in a tweet thanked Swedish Defense Minister Paul Jonson and the Swedish people for their help. He also posted a video of the Ukrainian military using the vehicles.
Reznikov did not specify how many IFVs arrived in Ukraine. Sweden announced in February that it would send 50 CV90s to Kyiv. In June, the Swedish Defense Ministry announced that the Ukrainian military had completed training on the use of infantry fighting vehicles.
