Turkish minister of culture and tourism to visit Azerbaijan
Turkish Minister of Culture and Tourism, Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, is set to visit Baku on November 15 for a series of official meetings and engagements.
The visit is expected to further strengthen bilateral ties between Türkiye and Azerbaijan, particularly in the areas of culture and tourism, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
As part of his visit, Minister Ersoy will meet with Fuad Naghiyev, the Chairman of Azerbaijan's State Tourism Agency. During the meeting, the sides are scheduled to sign an agreement on tourism cooperation between the two countries, marking a significant step towards enhancing collaboration in the tourism sector.
In addition to his discussions with Naghiyev, Minister Ersoy will also hold talks with Azerbaijan's Minister of Culture, Adil Karimli, to explore further avenues for cultural exchange and cooperation.
Minister Ersoy will participate in various meetings on the margins of COP29 in Baku, where key discussions on sustainability and cultural initiatives are expected to take place.
