Türkiye set to further deepen cultural ties with Azerbaijan

Türkiye intends to further develop cultural ties with Azerbaijan, Turkish Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy has said.

“This agreement will give an incentive for the further development of cultural ties between the two countries. Our main goal is to preserve the heritage of the Turkic world and promote the cultural sphere. The expansion of cultural cooperation between Türkiye and Azerbaijan can be mentioned as a brilliant example,” the minister told Report after the signing of an agreement on cultural cooperation between Türkiye and Azerbaijan.

An agreement on cultural cooperation was signed between Türkiye and Azerbaijan at the third meeting of the joint Turkish-Azerbaijani commission in Ankara on November 13.
