US embassy respects Baku's ecology In the wake of Caliber.Az report/IN PICTURES

Following a critical report by Caliber.Az, the US Embassy in Baku made a significant change to the location of a spherical mirror positioned at the entrance and exit of the embassy on Azadliq Avenue in Baku's Nasimi District

According to the Caliber.Az report, the mirror, previously affixed to a tree near the embassy using cables that were securely embedded in the bark, has now been relocated and attached to a metal pole beside the tree.

It is worth mentioning that street spherical mirrors are typically installed on roadways in front of sharp bends, at intersections with limited visibility (such as those obstructed by buildings or foliage), in parking lots, warehouses, and garages. These mirrors play a crucial role in helping to prevent potentially hazardous accidents.
