President: Whole world community now clearly understands that Karabakh is Azerbaijan!

"The Armenian armed formations have not been withdrawn from our soil yet. We demand this. Of course, some of them have been removed, but they still exist on our land, and I hope this will also end," President Ilham Aliyev said.

According to Caliber.Az, the head of state made the statement in an interview with Azerbaijani TV channels in Prague.

"The whole world community now clearly understands that Karabakh is Azerbaijan! We have said this every time, during the occupation, during the war, and after the war. Today, the international community is not only aware of this fact but is also saying it out loud. Armenians living in Karabakh are our citizens, and we do not intend to discuss their fate, their future life with any country, including Armenia. It is our internal affair," he said.

President Aliyev noted that no matter what rights Azerbaijani citizens have, Armenians will have these rights as well. 

"In any case, they can be sure that their integrated existence in Azerbaijani society will be much better than now", Ilham Aliyev stressed.
