Albania to open embassy in Ukraine for first time

Albanian Minister for Foreign Affairs and Europe, Olta Xhaçka, announced that Albania  will increase the level of representation in Kyiv, opening an embassy in Ukraine.

In the context of the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Albania and Ukraine, Olta Xhaçka said that Albania is proud to be close to Ukraine, according to SOT.

Through a post on Twitter, the minister said that Ukraine's heroic resistance is a fight for freedom and a refusal to return to the tyranny from which both countries emerged long ago.

This is why Albania will support Ukraine and its people to the best of its ability until it triumphs against Russia's illegal war of aggression.
