Ambassador Ravkov: Azerbaijan and Belarus are strategic partners
Ambassador of Belarus to Azerbaijan Andrei Ravkov has said that bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Belarus have acquired a strategic character in recent years.
“Over the 30 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations, 10 mutual visits by the heads of our states have been carried out. Our legal framework includes 130 agreements in various fields. Recently, a roadmap for cooperation for 2025-2026 was signed between Belarus and Azerbaijan,” the ambassador stated this at a meeting with journalists on March 28, according to Report.
He said that trade and economic ties between Baku and Minsk are currently developing dynamically, and added “Belarus highly values friendship with Azerbaijan and cooperation, which is mutually beneficial. In addition, inter-parliamentary contacts are now deepening”.
