Ankara holds meeting with high-ranking US defense team

A meeting of the "Türkiye-US High-Level Defense Group" in the presence of a US Defense Department delegation has been held in Ankara, the capital of Türkiye.

The bilateral cooperation in the defense, military training and the defense industry, as well as regional and global issues of defense and security were discussed during the positive and constructive meeting, Report informs citing the Turkish Ministry of National Defense.

The next meeting is scheduled to be held in the US next year.

Caliber.Az recalls, that the high-ranking Pentagon delegation is visiting Türkiye and Poland for negotiations with the key NATO ally countries.
