03 June 2026 16:30
Armenia’s Anti-Corruption Committee has obtained information regarding alleged cases of electoral bribery involving representatives of the “Armenia” bloc in exchange for votes in favour of one of the political alliances in the parliamentary elections, according to official findings from operational measures.
Authorities also reported evidence of violations of the ban on charitable activities during the election campaign, allegedly carried out through intermediaries by a member of the “Armenia” bloc and a candidate from the “Prosperous Armenia” party.
As part of the criminal investigation launched over the case, several individuals have been detained, and searches and other procedural actions have been carried out.
