Armenian separatists resort to armed provocation in Karabakh Five gang members killed as result

Despite the celebration of Eid Al-Adha in Azerbaijan and the ongoing negotiations on a peace treaty supported by the US in Washington, the illegal armed groups in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan went for another provocation and shot at the positions of Azerbaijani armed forces.

The response of the Azerbaijani army was immediate. According to our information, the Azerbaijani army killed 5 members of illegal armed groups. The Armenian side has so far recognized 4 casualties.

The separatists' provocation is aimed at disrupting the negotiations on a peace treaty in Washington.

It should be noted that the negotiations in Washington are continuing. Bilateral meetings of Azerbaijani and Armenian foreign ministers Ceyhun Bayramov and Ararat Mirzoyan are expected. The talks will end on Thursday.
