Azerbaijan: First international tournament ends in Shusha

The first international cycling race "Dear Shusha" has ended.

The winner of the II stage, which started from Fuzuli Airport and finished outside the Karabakh Hotel in Shusha, was a member of the Azerbaijani national team and the Turkish continental team Sakarya BB Pro Team, Elchin Asadov, according to Report.

The second and third places were shared by representatives of Uzbekistan and Mongolia, respectively.

The second stage of the international cycling race "Dear Shusha" has started.

The race will start from the Fuzuli International Airport and continue to the Karabakh hotel in Shusha city, Report informs.

The first international tournament in Shusha will be followed by Youth and Sports Minister Farid Gayibov, Defence Industry Minister, and President of the Azerbaijan Cyclists Federation (ABF) Madat Guliyev.

Thirteen teams from eight countries are taking part in the bike tour.

The cyclist of the national team of Azerbaijan and the continental club "Sakarya BB Pro Team" of Türkiye Elchin Asadov won the first stage of the international tournament "Dear Shusha" held in Baku.
