Azerbaijan holds joint meeting of parliamentary committees in liberated Shusha PHOTO

A joint meeting of the Agrarian Policy Committee and Regional Affairs Committee of the Azerbaijani parliament was held in liberated Shusha city on June 11, 2022.

While opening the event, Chairman of the Regional Affairs Committee Siyavush Novruzov said that he was proud that the meetings of parliamentary committees were held in the cultural capital of Azerbaijan – Shusha, the PR and Press Department of the Azerbaijani parliament told Report.

He thanked the Speaker of the Azerbaijani parliament Sahiba Gafarova for support in holding meetings of the committees of the Azerbaijani parliament in Shusha.

The chairman of the committee noted that the meeting was devoted to hearings entitled “Karabakh and East Zangazur economic zones - the address of a new regional, socio-economic, agrarian development”.

Those who delivered speeches expressed confidence that the comprehensive development of economic zones will contribute to the further growth of the economy and the power of the state.
