Azerbaijan initiates legal action against Bolt

Azerbaijan's State Service for Antimonopoly Control and Supervision of the Consumer Market has filed a lawsuit against Bolt Azerbaijan.

Measures are being taken to curb inflation, unfair competition and violation of antimonopoly legislation in the Azerbaijani market, Caliber.Az reports citing the Service.

According to the findings of the corresponding proceedings, it was revealed that Bolt Services AZ LLC violated the antimonopoly law, the agency added.

In particular, Bolt Services AZ LLC illegally influenced other entities operating in the same market or those trying to enter this market.

In this regard, a case was initiated against the company and punitive financial sanctions were applied. A warning was made to Bolt Services AZ.
