On the sidelines of his official visit to Bahrain, the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, visited the Bahrain National Museum and was introduced to a wide range of historical artefacts that reflect the heritage of Bahrain.

Moreover, Bayramov visited the Al-Madar Center at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He was briefed on the centre’s functions, including its role in tracking regional and international developments and facilitating coordination between ministries and diplomatic missions.

Note that, during an official visit to Manama on May 12, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov held talks with Bahrain’s Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, aimed at strengthening bilateral relations.
Crown Prince Salman reaffirmed Bahrain’s commitment to deepening cooperation with Azerbaijan across a range of sectors. He underscored the potential for mutually beneficial partnerships that could support the long-term development goals of both countries.
In addition to his meeting with the Crown Prince, Bayramov held discussions with Bahrain’s Foreign Minister Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani and other senior officials. The sides highlighted the importance of the constructive cooperation developed over the years, as well as the mutual support and solidarity demonstrated within multilateral frameworks.
Bayramov and Al Zayani also underlined the need to fully capitalise on existing potential to further broaden ties. They agreed on the importance of increasing high-level exchanges, enhancing intergovernmental dialogue, and institutionalising regular political consultations between their respective foreign ministries.
