Azerbaijan to compete at European Sport Climbing Championships

Azerbaijan’s national sport climbing team will compete for medals at the 2026 European Sport Climbing Championships in Laval, France, according to the Azerbaijan Mountaineering Federation.

The federation said Chingiz Taghizade, Leyla Ahmadova and Sima Safarova will represent Azerbaijan at the tournament, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.

The senior European Championships in Lead and Speed climbing will take place from August 28 to 30.
