Azerbaijan to host Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup in April
Azerbaijan's Baku city will host the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup competition on April 21-23.
According to the registration list of the third international gymnastics competition to be hosted by Azerbaijan in 2023, athletes from 44 countries are expected to compete in the program of individual and group movements, Azertag reports with reference to the Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation.
In the three-day competition, gymnasts will compete in individual apparatus and all-around.
According to tradition, the "AGF Trophy" cup will be presented to the gymnast and the group team who have collected the most performance points in the competition.
It should be noted that this will be the tenth world cup competition in rhythmic gymnastics organized in our country. Our capital hosted the world championship of this type in 2005 and 2019.
